Julie and Eric definitely know what they’re talking about. We thought we were experienced home buyers after purchasing homes in 3 very different states on the mainland. Nope…Hawaii is an entirely different animal! Not many (if any) realtors lay out everything you need to know prior to purchasing like Julie and Eric do. As one long gone from Hawaii having developed and sold Big Island real estate back in the 1980s you 2 are 101% on target and I would only recommend you to potential buyers intrepid or not. Cheers. Now I deal in even more expensive Israel real estate, current war aside and before and after won.

Thank you for this topic. Yes myself I’m back-and-forth from the mainland to the big island. Me myself I’m still trying to learn the culture in Hawaii. My wife inherited her land and HPP. I love it on the big island but I’m still trying to learn everything the culture over there and I always learn a lot from you too and Amber and the rest of your team.
