Dear Terrell, Thank you very much for your comment. in the West area (that you are mentioning) in the winters it rains somedays but the weather is very OK. Temperatures never get too cold. This area is starting to be more prepared in terms of electro cars but in most of the houses you would be able to add a charger to do your daily life.
