Where can we find out more information about the 3.5 years please? Does this include if we go abroad eg Australia and then want to come back to the UK and enter speciality training

I noticed it when I was looking at applying for the GP training scheme. But according to HEE it the same for all specialities - "The national person specification for entry to all United Kingdom first year specialty training programmes requires applicants to provide evidence of achievement of Foundation Professional Capabilities within the 3 1/2 years prior to the commencement date for the post they are applying for." specialtytraining.hee.nhs.uk/portals/1/Content/Resource%20Bank/Recruitment%20Documents/Evidence%20of%20Foundation%20Competence%20-%20Applicant%20Guide%202021.pdf
