I love to vacuum! The space just feels so much better to me after. I don't clean out my purse often enough, but I did recently and it's so true, because especially with little kids, stuff just collects in there. Whenever we're out, random papers, wrappers, kids toys, everything, gets thrown into my purse. Great reminder!!!

Thanks for the video! I already do most of these things... except for the microwave. Instead of throwing out freshly squeezed halves of a lemon each morning, I use them to clean the microwave occasionally, as per one of your older videos. One half is in a bowl of water, while the other half is laying face down next to the bowl. Works wonders! This is definitely easier, though, so I'll share this with my boyfriend so he knows how to clean up after Himself a lot easier :) Life is full of lessons, after all, and I'm sure he'll enjoy a simple cleaning solution... although I know he'll use a dish cloth instead of a microfiber one. I appreciate vacuum cleaners. Growing up we would have times when we had to use a broom and dustpan on carpeted floors. Vacuums are so much easier to use and you don't strain muscles you never knew you had using a broom and dustpan. Try cleaning some time with a broom and dustpan only, you will come to appreciate the vacuum cleaner.

I've lived in my house for 13 years so you can imagine what I'm dealing with. You guys have motivated and inspired me to get my act together. I have 2 things I need help with: 1) a blob of black on my entry way tiles. Most likely gum but pretty much cement at this point. 2) my son just left for the Navy and his toilet is beyond disgusting. I don't know how many years since it's been cleaned, literally. The gunk is so caked up and hard at this point I don't have enough arm strength even with a pumic stone. I believe that it's more important to cleanse your purses and bags of germs rather than organising them. We put these bags everywhere from floors to public washroom counters, and it can get pretty gross tbh. That's why I only use one purse for a week, before cleaning it out and changing it, and have a specific place in my home to keep that bag I take out. To clean a regular bag, I take a soft towel and dip it in some warm water, gentle detergent, and an antiseptic liquid, and give the bag a good wipe inside out and keep it to dry. For an expensive bag, I user a baby wipe or facial wipe, with some Sanitizer and again give the bag a good wipe inside out. If you feel like the wet wipes are too wet for your expensive purse, just blot it quickly with a good kitchen towel. Also, I always clean the stuff inside my bag as well, with the same towel or wipe, before placing them again in my clean bag.

Hi Clean My Space team, Congratulation on your baby first. Then I have a question. I once cleaned my kettle with vinegar and them made it boil like you said in your video. But afterwards the smell was so aweful that we didn't want to use it for a while with my roommate. We had to make water boil 20 times before the smell got away. My question is : What do you do to get the smell away ? Because know I clean it with vinegar but I dont make it boil. But it's not as effectif. Thank you very much

I hate vacuuming! However, I like clean floors and rugs. I use a Bissell 3 in 1 for crumbs and stuff that drop on the kitchen floor but my husband was in charge of the vacuuming. It was not as often as I'd like but he did it. Then I bought a rug cleaning machine and when he tested it out he really liked it. Now he not only vacuums but cleans the rugs. Of course, he makes a big production of it and needs praise and back pats for his "effort" but I get to enjoy clean rugs.

CLEANING TIP FOR DYSON VACUUM. on every dyson vacuum head there is a slot on the one side for a coin, turn it and you can take out the whole brush bar which means you can also clean the plastic window part, theres also one on the bottom to open the head more. makes your dyson look brand new again.

I learned from two expensive plumber visits that boiling water (or vinegar) should not be poured down the sink. My plumber, after not finding any leaks (again), said that boiling water can cause temporary or even permanent leaks in the pipes below the sink. He still charged me, of course.

I hate vacuuming! I think it's because I used to have ultra long hair and my parents made me clean the beater bar every time! Also, that is how I clean my microwave too, and I have a bonus trick. I actually spray my stovetop with bac out first, then use the microwaving vinegar as a timer for my bac out dwell time. I do a third task while that's cooking. Then when the microwave goes off, I keep the door closed and let the vinegar steam sit for an additional few minutes while I degrease my stovetop. Then when I finally open my microwave, it's had additional time to work on the really stubborn crusts, and some time to cool as well. :)

@discardeddede6 жыл бұрын
Kateryna Balykina, you don't need to worry about a smell or about drinking water that tastes like vinegar. Just rinse out the kettle a little bit after boiling the vinegar + water like Melissa did in the video. Your kettle won't smell at all. That's very important for me too because I don't like vinegar. 😉 Did you know that vinegar neutralizes bad smells? When my mother cooks something smelly like fish or after frying anything, she always puts on the kettle with water and vinegar and opens the lid after boiling to let out the steam because it helps to get rid of the smells. For a few minutes the room smells of vinegar and then the air is "clean". By the way: If you worry about the kettle smelling like vinegar, you can also use citric acid. 1 or 2 large spoons of the acid mixed with water, boil it in the kettle and rinse it. No chemicals and no smell.
@katerynasemernia57756 жыл бұрын
