Hi Elisa!. I would recommend doing some type of physical exercise that will help you release a little energy like : jumping jacks or something like that . Also try doing some warmup exercises like 1 hr before the audition ( If you're auditioning for singing) and finally enjoy it!! you'll have a great time !

Take very slow and deep breaths. Focus on the breathing and once you’ve stabilized yourself, give yourself a quick pep talk about all that you’ve done so far and go in there and give it your all!
