Impeccable timing. Over the past year, I've really been tapping into this topic during my meditation. As a large man, covered in tattoos, with a resting scowl-face, I'm often expected to be brave or show no emotion. I'm expected to play a role, and for a long time I played along. But as zazen has softened me, I'm starting to feel comfortable admitting when something scares me, or moves me to tears. It's a liberating feeling in the moment but I still struggle with being self-conscious about it. Thank you for this video.

So good for you becoming more in touch with your emotions and being unafraid to express them! Unfortunately society has taught men to hide their emotions but it’s SO important to evolve from that way of being. I think it’s slowly happening 🙏✨

Thank you for sharing! I really resonate with not being authentic I have a lot of work to do with myself. However, I’m afraid I won’t fulfill my purpose. I haven’t quite found it yet. Not my grand one. I don’t even think I’m close to finding it. And I know the negative thinking isn’t helping. I’m in a position in my life where I think I know deep down I am not on the right path. It’s not a bad path, it’s one where I am able to survive in society, doing a job I’m good at but don’t feel spiritually connected to. I’ve been told I have a good job. A job that is respectful in western society. I’m in business. I’ve accepted so many peoples help to get where I am right now and I know that if I drop it all to explore the world like I desire I am going to betray the people who have helped me. Ironically, I’m in the position in my life because I’ve been inauthentic. I’ve been in denial about this being my path. I’ve been afraid of not being able to “survive” on my own. So I did and said what I knew would propel and make me succeed on this path. But I betrayed myself. I sometimes feel like it’s too late. I’ve taken too much generosity from others in this industry to be able to leave. I also know that’s not true because life is short and I’m not meant to be a drone. I know I need more help and I need to work with myself more. I haven’t lost hope yet. But I’m stuck in the cogs of society, in the matrix some would say. Im not sure what I’m gonna to do yet. But I can find hope in the fact that I’m aware and I want to grow and explore paths to my authenticity. Thank you for the opportunity to sit and write about this. Your video was a catalyst for me. I appreciate you and your light, Krystal!!

Thank you I’m so happy it helped! And being aware is the most important thing which you clearly are! Don’t give up! When your purpose is meant to be revealed it will be. Everything is happening in Divine timing 💖✨ Many blessings xo

It’s weird because I think my self confidence and being myself has progressed backwards from how most people progress. I had unstoppable confidence from the time I was a little girl to the time I was a sophomore in high school. I was mostly authentic, but I went through a sort of ego death and a huge wave of depression followed. I didn’t know who I was especially in my junior year. I stopped socializing because all of a sudden I felt that I was being judged when I never cared about being judged before. It was so weird. I have no idea why i started caring all of a sudden. And it has taken me 3 years to get back on track with being authentic. I am a new incarnation of myself with a newfound sense of humbleness, and I’m slowly coming to a more authentic version of myself. You’re such a great role model, Krystal. I wish I found you when I was younger.

Awe thank you love 💖 Sometimes we go back and forth, depending on where we are at in life and our environment.. especially if your ego feels its being threatened, then it will do whatever it takes to survive and dominate out of fear. Lots of love to you!🙏✨

Your energy is incredible! I myself am trying to get comfortable with my authentic self which is both feminine and fragile, liking to be cared for and not judging that, and also independent, masculine and strong in certain areas and someone who likes solitude. It's okay to be both and I need to stop trying to fit into one mold over the other. Thank you Krystal(:

This video was so needed, thank you🙏🏼 I relate so much to all that you said and have experienced. You're such a light. ✨For me, I feel the most inauthentic when i feel i have to fit in to society to be perceived as a good mother to my children.. I get weird vibes sometimes from others, either bc of me being a younger mom, or of how we appear and operate differently then most.. But i know deep down me staying true to myself is what's best for me, and for them. Thanks again for your love and care and the messages you share ✨

Thank you love! I’ve actually wondered if I will be affected in that way when/if I become a mom, because I often feel so much pressure to do things the best I can.. which a lot of women struggle with. But there’s no rule book for this life we have to do things our way! Lots of love sistar 💜✨

I notice when I am High vibrating around low vibrating beings , they "try" to take my energy by having me re-act. Especially if they have bad driving habits (I live in the SF metropolitan area). I just keep on smiling from my heart and continue on, and don't let people rush me push me (riding my bumper). I just fill my aura and vehicle with Great BIG Gold Suns, And swoosh that (-) energy out of my field. =P

This topic was my choice as well as the many others. I was very interested in your point of view and you did not disappoint. When you mentioned finding your purpose, it occurred to me that people dwell a lot on equality today. But, in truth, people are not equal in their gifts. It follows that they wouldn't be unless their purposes were the same. People are only equal in their importance. We are all important. I don't believe I've found my purpose yet, but that's another story. I also really liked what you said about finding the right tribe. People who truly love you don't require you to be someone else. This entire video was quite beautiful. I'll need to watch it again💜🌻

Love this video and I love you! but I'd like to suggest, please find quiet surrounding next time, the back noise of the dryer is annoying. And honestly I prefer the natural background of your room or being outside in your previous videos.

Art Rises I’m in Canada where it’s too cold to go outside and I’d rather post videos helping people than wait around until it might be completely quiet (rather than the 1min of background noise in this vid). Thanks for watching even though it was “annoying” :)
