The Best tip for muscle growth: 1. Go watch the video: methods of hyperthrophy on KZbin 2. Implement mechanical tension, metabolic stress and muscle damage in your workout (you will learn what all those are if you watch the methods of hyperthrophy) 3. Work with supersets and dropsets 4. Do explosive reps 5. Muscle growth awakens (it worked toooooooooo well for me)

Mobility / Flexibility is very underrated Couldn't agree more with basics. You can train basics for years and you'll be a beast Tracking week to week and seeing the small improvements is what it's all about I worked on a lot of skills in my own training and I got a little bit better at all of them. Now I'm going hard on iron cross and straddle planche and nearly have them

My #1 tip for fast progression: 1. Follow Abnormal Beings and implement what he says
@ia57064 жыл бұрын
👌nice one. I can't do those three mobility exercises properly ... but it's because of an APT.. weak glutes, tight hamstrings, arched lower back etc...working on that but it's a long process....impacting my front lever and planche progress because I can't PPT

So I have “amazing shoulder flexion”! L-sit no problem. But those hips... not so good, always wrk’n on it. It seems I am getting more into calisthenics than I’d intended!😀

another tip : dont compare yourself to others, compare yourself with you from 1 month ago ;)
@SkabieSkabieSkabie4 жыл бұрын
This is actually a really important tip. It can be very demotivating to compare yourself to others. I notice I am more motivated when I compare myself with myself, than when I compare myself with people on the internet.

CAN you make a Video to progress to pull ups please 👌👌
@arnoldgurung42953 жыл бұрын
Hey man idk if you still need it but lemme help you a bit. If you can’t do a pull up then start doing body weight rows,jump pull ups and negatives and increase reps in them. After that to increase pull ups you can just watch athlean x 22 days pull-ups challenge or calisthenics movement’s 4 week pull up challenge.
