So.. this is depressing I’ve been watching your videos, bought some products, got a good routine down Acne was way less significant, down to maybe 3 or 4 small pimples at a time on my jawline Pores around my nose shrinking I thought, great!! I’ve got this ! Then I got sick, flu or something In bed for 3 days.. didn’t shower or wash my face or anything ALL of my acne is clearing up Pores look even better now than before Like what the actual ffffff am I suppose to do with that Just don’t wash my face anymore Come on now I’m so dejected Got like $200 something in products in my bathroom that I’ve tried over the last year or so And discover my skincare routine requires me to be infected with a virus UGH!!!!

An update on my problem… hopefully this discovery helps someone else with acne I was sick for those 3 days, high fever and headache so yea I didn’t wash my face But I also wasn’t eating much or taking any of my vitamins So when I was starting to feel better I ate again, which was fine. I didn’t start my vitamins for a week or so Within days of starting the fish oil pills I got a big pimple, then another… so I stopped taking the fish oils Acne goes away again So I google it, does fish oil cause acne Seems unlikely, I mean omega3/fish oils are supposed to be good for hair, nails and skin.. right ?? That’s what I was led to believe Anyhow, Reddit has a bunch of posts by people who experience the same problem of acne caused by fish oils I’d been taking them for well over a year Never would have made any connection between acne and those pills I wasn’t taking any high amounts of them 1 pill twice daily, as the bottle says Well… fingers crossed my acne just goes away forever now as long as I stay away from that one supplement

I'd gotten sick a few weeks ago, I got some pills prescribed and my skin was crazy clear while taking them, my stomach felt very awful though. After that I stopped using any skincare, I just wash my face with water and my skin looks waaaaay better than before I got sick.

Perhaps were you taking any medicine when you were sick? To me when i had uti my doctor gave me antibiotics via iv, although i felt like shit my skin looked good I barely had any acne but obviously im not going to continue taking antibiotics as it is not recommended by my doctor but thats just a probable explanation to why some people get clear skin when they get sick

Make sure to wash your sheets with hot water and dry fully. Most of my backne is from dirty bedding

How do you keep the loofah attachment sanitized? 😊

Ive thrown it in the washing machine with hot water and a splash of white vingegar to kill bacteria. Dont store it in the shower or any hot damp place unless ur going to use it. Hope this helps!
