Hey mate, have been loving your videos for about a year now as the wife and I are building our first home. I was wondering if you might be able to do a video on things you should be checking on when you do a walk through / final inspection type thing. For when you take handover essentially. Our building company has a year to find flaws etc but it would be good to know a few things we should be checking up front when we accept handover. cheers!
