Hey JP! Great video as usual, I hope you continue to make lifting videos of all kinds, your technique videos are still some of my favorite to date. Wanted your opinions on the rumored ipf bench changes. Do you agree there should be changes, and if so what would be your recommendation? (Pinkies in ring, self handoff, elbow depth, etc).

This is a fantastic video. - Im a experienced lifter but still struggle with sensory over stimulation (anxiety) at the gym and my thought fixating on that.

Thanks for sharing, that can definitely be a huge challenge. Have you found any strategies that have helped you feel more in control and at ease in the gym? My go-tos would be - going to the gym at a quieter time - pre arranging to meet and train with friends at a set time - having a 5-minute sit down and open-eye meditation (where you sit with no phone or distraction and simply look around the gym space, taking in everything) I hope that helps, I look forward to hearing from you!

:) Yes, slowly building up strategies! Regaining a sense of control and choice does help. So a bit of context, where our squat racks are place is facing the whole gym, so people walking past, straight in front or just plan out staring! - this can be difficult! - however I’m not in the opinion of the environment catering to me!
