Good tips!!!☺️ 10 pounds so far. 10-15 pounds from goal weight . Started with personal trainer but sessions ended last week back in gym minus trainer. I got this!!💪🏾☺️after all if I cheat, I cheat myself. Thank You for the kind words and motivation to us all!! Returning to gym tonight!! To those of you who just don’t feel inspired you got this!!💪🏾

Thank you for this video! I recently realized alcohol is definitely the deterrent for my journey. I dont know how to limit myself so I told myself imma just have to completely stop in the beginning of my fitness journey because its such a domino effect for me. When I get really drunk, the hangover makes me not wanna work out and then I eat the worst food possible, it also affects my sleep. Alcohol is soooo bad when youre just starting your journey, im thinking about starting out with a trainer too. I need some guidance in the gym.

@@ShadyButKindaKingy that sounds exactly like me! Drinking made me so unmotivated I had no choice but to cut it out at the beginning. It’s the best thing I did. The trainer helped me too because my results was slow trying to do it myself and I wasn’t sure if I was making progress in the right direction or not

You are definitely reassuring my choices! Thank you queen. I feel like a trainer would be so beneficial because I dont have anxiety getting to the gym, but I fear doing things wrong or not knowing what exercises to do for my goals. Im hoping I can get results like you!

Thanks so much for these inspiring stories because I’m on this journey now as well with my 10yr old who plays football and myself. The coaches of course likes his weight, I don’t see him as overweight but to me he is solid but his food goes straight to his stomach no matter what he eats and he tends to go eat snacks continuously after he has already eaten when I’m asleep or not looking 🤦🏽♀️ His doctor stated that he is overweight so I made the decision to get him a personal trainer and workout with him but I see he has more energy than me but I’m not giving up. If possible I would like to know if I could speak with you one on one to retrieve more info needed. Thanks again for sharing 😇
