Fascinating channel!! I just have two french presses. I keep them on my apartment kitchen bar counter. Above them on the wall hang my coffee cups. I have a grinder but never use it. You have a cool set up. I don't own a coffee maker because they always end up leaking.

Great tips! I have a very small V60 setup, nothing fancy yet, but I may submit to get the ball started :D Also, I'd love to see a video about free android brewing apps. I've tried few but a round up would be awesome! And that's more content for you ;) Brew Timer and Filtru Coffee are the ones I used!

Hey Shawn, thanks for the tips. I got Great depth at my kitchen counter (90cm/35 Inch). Is it convenient to have grinder and machine more to the back and have the working/tamping space in front of the gear?

Xris, you don't have a PID on your appartamento. Would you consider an e61 thermometer? It seems like temperature might fluctuate a lot, but I'm just learning about temp surfing with HX e61. Let me know what you think about this! Thanks

Great info! I’m looking to set up a new station and I don’t know where I should start for a decent counter height. I’m 6’ tall. I have a small breville machine so nothing big. I’ve been looking at sideboards and they are typically around 29” to 33”, do you think that would be too short?
