Good tips. I appreciate the reminders. Mindfulness, being present, in gratitude living. My mom and I celebrated what we called the sacred instant..it is living, not only eating, as you shared. That life can be viewed or perceived as one sacred instant after another. Thank you.

Hello Dr. Lori, I desperately need some information. I'm struggling with some stomach issues. I already had h priory. I did the antibiotics for that but it just seems like nothing is where it needs to be. I've been struggling with my health every since I had my second vaccine with anxiety and had a blood clot. How? I have high blood pressure cholesterol so I want to change my diet completely to want to know if anybody has really good results for their stomach issues if they go on plant-based. Thank you for all the information
