Super happy your channel is doing well enough for you to do it mostly full time! Your commentary is really helpful and interesting, and I wish you nothing but success!

Yo thank you man that means a lot. Yeah y’all’s support on my playmats and coaching and whatnot has allowed me to do this full time and it’s a blessing. Really

The amount of people that have messed up attacks because I countered with tsuru while having a bunch of tashigi and barto in hand is insane. Just a small reminder that these tips go both ways, if you know you're going against a decent player use them against them!
@heartpiratestcg7 ай бұрын
very true but sometimes tsuru should be held for a houndblaze or cheap reduction so countering with it is sometimes risky as well.
@jenostheascended78187 ай бұрын
@@heartpiratestcg yeah it's mainly for situations where the reduction isn't needed or you're deep in the endgame.

Thanks so much for the tips man! The low don commitment attacks really leveled up my thinking for late game

Great timing, just got 3rd instead of 2nd at a locals last night because I swung with a blocker kid when I shouldn’t have because of the potential Sanji blocker trigger. Needed to slow down and think about that more carefully.

Yeah yellow gets soooo many free wins from stuff like that

Hey man. I love the videos and I always learn a lot. I took first in a locals recently thanks to your help. With that, I just have one super small thing to say; "Tsuru" is two syllables, not three. The "ts" at the beginning of her name is like the "ts" in "eats" or "fits." It's not "tuh-su-ru;" it's "tsu-ru." Anyway, keep up the great work. Glad your channel is growing.

The tashigi combo can be risky if you dont want to bottom deck the cards you trashed with leader ability the first 3 turns
@heartpiratestcg7 ай бұрын
very true. You just gotta discard stuff that youre okay with bottom decking if you know youre going to do that.

Is coaching with you 1 on 1? Or do you give access to videos? I have been playing for 4 or 5 months and have been trying to learn to think the way experienced players such as yourself do. I will be going to regionals in April and could honestly use some help from someone like you.
@heartpiratestcg7 ай бұрын
its all 1 on 1 but i think i will start doing videos as well to supplement.

My guy, will we see an Blurple Kaido deck by any chance on your vids?
@heartpiratestcg7 ай бұрын
I made a kaido video a little while ago. I’ll look into set 6 but I don’t think we got anything that warrants a blurple kaido vid
