I have to say I am a huge fan of yours. I have bought three of your meal guides/cook books...and make these meals regularly. I can vouch for the Tofu Alfredo and Lasagna Soup. So so good! My 6 yo says she doesn't like tofu but gets very excited when I make this alfredo. Eats it without a problem. 😂 Thank you for sharing these wonderful recipes. Your recipes have helped my family of 7 to enjoy plant based eating. Thanks for all you do! Keep it up!

I just can't fathom cooking beans without soaking over night for just my family let alone cooking for a party. Every single soul in India cooks beans only after soaking. Infact until coming to US I didnt even know that they can be cooked without soaking 😮. But amazing video though ❤️

Great video, but...When I would host a party in my home I wouldn't want anyone to bring animal cruelty into my cruelty free home. What is the point in hosting a party as a vegan when everyone can bring nog vegan food?
