Great tips! I especially love that you put emphasis on Intuition when talking about BRAIN and how you point out that mama knows her body and baby best! Intuition/Instincts are SO important and valuable.

I don’t like to be touched (not even by my hubby) or talked to while laboring. I’ve had 12 births (all vaginal) most in a hospital all by the same obgyn , but 2 unassisted just my hubby and I (no doula no midwife). Those two were the most amazing and beautiful births I’ve experienced. No monitors, no nurses bugging with the infamous question about pain meds, no bright lights no interruptions. Just me and my husband in the bathroom (the shower was my comfort place) bringing our baby into the world in peace and love and privacy ☺️ ...Did I mention I hate being naked in front of other people 😬 idk just me maybe 🤣😂 Right now I’m 37 weeks pregnant with baby #13 and freaking out (what’s wrong with me)! Got to get my head in the game 😂

Update: Another successful beautiful unassisted home birth ( just myself and hubby). My little guy took longer than any of my other kids, so labor was quite the experience this time around, but once it was time to push oh man he practically shot out! Hubby was asleep until I yelled “babe baby”lol! He still had time to catch our precious boy. No tears, no meds, just an adorable 9lb. 21” long, perfect in every way blessing 🥰

Hi Bridget! Thank you so much for all your awesome videos! I am 5 weeks pregnant and it's my first pregnancy. Even though I think everything is alright, I'm really scared of having a miscarriage. It causes me a lot of anxiety. Could you make a video about that? I can I manage that fear better? Any reassuring words? Thank you so much! xxxx

Hey I'm new to your channel and have been going through all your videos to prepare for birth. As a first time mom I had a lot of questions on my first trimester, cause you know the wait is forever ending, one feels unsure of what symptoms to feel or not, may be you could make a video on 1st trimester for 1st time mom's. I remember I had very vague and lame questions i kept asking my doctor who used to have a good laugh out of me.

Hi Bridget, I would like to thank you for your videos who really taught me the key and tips to have a very fast labor of my 2nd baby. You are truly right equipping ourselves with the knowledge is the key to have a positive birth experience. With God's help and mercy i was able to deliver my son within 2 hrs of active labor without any medication or induction. The breathing techniques helped me a lot, the movement and positioning, plus the water intake are the ones that helped me to have an easy labor. The staff and the doctor who admitted me were very amazed. Thank you so much dear😊🥰

I was thinking of playing some Xbox while mama is in labor. Should I choose a game that I can pause without losing my progress if mama interrupts me? Do you think hearing my game will bother mama? I thought of headphones but then I might not hear her when she needs something.

Can you do a video with breathing techniques while wearing a mask? My hospital requires mask wearing during labor and i do not see how its even possible to get through it since its already so hard to wear a mask under normal circumstances
@noorazeem408

I actually threw the mask away during active labour bcoz honestly you cudnt breathe in that after contractions get stronger...

I already told my husband that if They ask me to wear a mask during labour, i Will gently ask them to leave the room and to let me do my job as free as i want (without the mask) ✨💜 Breathing is so So So important !
