You do need a big old pat on the back for these recipes. I need me some smash burger skillet this week!! Cracked up on end with the bloopers😂😂..your prayers worked here in Southern Texas. We only lost power for 12 hrs so my son stayed at your house since we were in Arkansas. He didn't get electricity till Wednesday evening. Plus him & some buddies cleaned up our yard for us. They all sound great. I make the Korean beef regularly but I make extra sauce & spaghetti noodles instead of rice and call it LoMein. Sometimes add some carrots, onion, cabbage or whatever. You know it’s yummy!
