1) The most common form of diabetic nerve damage comes from peripheral diabetic neuropathy, which is a dysfunction of nerves outside the brain and spinal chord. This type of nerve damage can lead to feelings of numbness or weakness in legs and arms.
2) B vitamins, in general, can work to reduce internal inflammation - a main driver of peripheral neuropathy. So, to reduce the risk of diabetes-related nerve damage, it's important to eat foods which contain these important vitamins.
3) Microalgae farming kits that produce between 3 and 5 grams of fresh, green algae every day, and they supply vitamins B1 and B2, plus copper and iron. These nutrients and minerals support nerve regeneration.
4) Dancing mushrooms are a unique type of mushroom which supply every main B vitamin, along with vitamin D2, aka ergocalciferol. This vitamin helps to construct a thicker nerve axon, and it's also been shown to quicken nerve repair.
5) Kale contains a great supply of vitamin K, which protects nerve cells from cancerous oxidative stress. It's also been shown to protect against neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's disease.

As to my experience as Diabetic, None of these has helped nerves damage, but has helped my health along with 8 miles jogging every day; no eating industrialized foods, no eating simples carbs!

Maitake mushrooms can be purchased online in dried form. Sprats are probably available at a fish store.

Just pointing out that the parsley in the photos used is NOT curly-leaf, but flat-leaf. Be sure to buy the correct kind to get the wanted effects, since the video specifies curly!

If all of this exists and works so well, why isn't there supplements or a prescription drug? These aren't newly discovered. There right there in nature. Now I am questioning whether this channel is using scientific fact based information or homeopathic. I will see what my doctor says about these .

These things do exist, if you're aware of natural herbs, foods, supplements, minerals etc and their benefits you will have a better idea of what to use. Use more natural foods , plants and herbs to help heal the body . The thing is medical doctors and big pharma play a major role in pushing prescription medications to patients rather than encouraging the use of natural supplements and certain foods , minerals, vitamins, supplements , they dont tell patients that the lack of these things in the body can cause issues, they dont tell patients that these prescription medications cause other health issues.
