I really appreciate that you put the rdas for the vitamin Ks. It would be great if you would put the rdas for any vitamins that you talk about. The one thing that I size a shortcoming was talking about B12 and calling it a cobalamin and not distinguishing between methylcobalamin and cyano cobalamin with the method version being the more bioavailable form. All B vitamins play a critical role in nerve repair, not just B1, B12, but also B2, B3, B6, B9, B5. Always have B vitamins in activated form and as a complex to avoid imbalances in other Bs. B vitamins synergies well with magnesium also critical for nerve repair.

Take D3 & K2. ALL B vitamins are critically important for M.S.. I know... I have it too and you'd never know I have it. I rejected their injections every day and DIET matters too. Also make sure you have a good omega 3's in your diet!
