By far the worst was when the clones went into escape pods and the droids set off an EMP and then went through and cut the pods open. The glass wasn't cut quickly either so imagine being trapped in space and watching as your escape pod is slowly cut open and not being able to do anything about it. And to top it all off, they had to watch other clone bodies float lifelessly in space while they themselves waited to die a slow painful death.

I think the second and first spots should be switched. I just believe that the clone grievous killed just wasnt expecting to fight someone of his skill at all, since he was only your regular clone grunt. The clone that got cut in half, he was part of a special mission so he must have had some idea of the traps he would be facing. I just felt bad for the poor clone grunt more since he just expected to fight regular droids, not grievous, but both deaths must have been a bloodbath if shown on screen.

Two clones that didn't deserve their deaths were Gearshift's comrade (he was named like that in the wikia) and Gearshift himself in the Progate Temple in geonosis. Gearshift and his unnamed comrade from my point of view died because of a stupid order given by Obi-Wan. They were basically in a labyrinth which they knew it was infested with enemies that didn't die even after being blasted in the face, and yet they decide to sent two clones back the way they came to go and contact Ki-Adi-Mundi to call for reinforcements but in the way back both of them ended up being ambushed by the geonosian zombies. For me it was pretty sad and unfortunate for the unnamed clone because as soon as he realized and said that they should turn back to regroup with Obi-Wan and Anakin, Gearshift got caught from behind and the unnamed clone after noticing ignored the enemiy in front of him in a desperate attempt to try and help his friend only to be knocked down and subsequently killed. Even though this death is pretty low in my list i think it was pretty unfortunate since in my opinion it was avoidable because Obi-Wan had realized the Clone blasters were ineffective but still ordered them to go back to the surface alone.
