This was so helpful! I’ve been doing Noom for 5 weeks and lost only about 6.4lbs, also in peri menopause, and I’m going to incorporate some of these tips and see if it makes a difference for me. Thank you!

Sorry I didn’t see this before now - I was away until last Tuesday and have been catching up with my full time job! Although most see a difference in weight within the first 2 weeks, lots of people don’t see a difference until a couple of months down the line. I think just getting used to the new way of thinking is important. How are you doing with it now? Did anything help in particular? I’d love to hear. ☺️

@@PerimenopausePlus I have been saving screenshots of everything and right now we’re going through the different eating styles. I am looking forward to trying new things as I see how my body and hormones react. Thanks for this video-it’s probably the most relatable one for me I have found so far! I’m definitely going to keep referencing it as I go along.

I am so much more open now to trying (and mostly enjoying!) foods that I’ve previously turned my nose up at. A whole world has been opened up to me at the supermarket and in recipe books!
