Some exploits were discovered more recently, and some have been known for longer but aren't too known.

The ctrl + S exploit is really powerful especially in FFPS If you press ctrl + S two times at the start of the Office Section you can easily get ride of ambient, ventilation, PC and task sounds leaving only animatronic, PC/Vent turning on and off, task finishing, ad and motion sensor/audio beeping sounds making this section many times easier. It's because some of the sounds are in a endless loop and their volume is adjusted depending on situation. Also if you press ctrl + S at the start of Salvage section you can just entirely skip it after picking if you want to proceed with salvage of throw animatronic back to the alley.

Niche use but the forward moving spam carries over to the FNAF World Halloween dlc. You can just tap right over and over in the "When you see, how fast can you flee?" section and you'll be fine

Can you do a Part 2 of it? I have an exploit: In FNaF 3 you can stall Springtrap by making him enter to your office and flipping your cameras every 8-10 seconds. This does not avoid Springtrap's jumpscare every single night, but once you're consistent and fastly enough at flipping the cameras, you should be alright. Just make sure to get jumpscared by Phantom Freddy at the beginning to make the process much easier.

Oh they are. There is also a shortcut for restarting the entire game, which can break the game in certain cases.

My favorite fnaf glitch is how in 1, you don't need to look at foxy, flipping the camera is enough, and in later nights, place the cam on Freddy or on cam 2b. And in security breach, there was a glitch where you can walk through walls with Freddy, which allowed you to go back to the daycare to get the flashlight upgrade

I think that was intentional, Phone Guy never specifically mentioned that _Foxy's_ camera had to be selected. They must have changed it in Help Wanted since the cameras are always active.

Yes. When muting sound, all samples playing (including the monologue) are forced to stop playing, which also triggers the event that causes you to go back to the main menu.
