Just going from unleashed to generations is crazy enough in terms of voice acting. There's just so much more energy from Jason Griffith's sonic than Roger's, and the personality difference of hyperactive and cocky teenager but at his core a good guy, to the snarky pop culture based sonic is mind blowing

i think Jason's voice for Sonic hit his very best in Unleashed,a lot of personality and energy; sadly he got replaced just after that :( i like Roger's take on Sonic but the script and direction doesnt help him much

I swear am I the only one who feels like sonic is getting progressively slower from Unleashed to Forces? I feel like Unleashed (the 360 version) fully captures the weight and feel of what going at that speed would be like. The unfortunate thing about Unleashed is that the game was just ahead of that generations hardware (360/Ps3) which is why it was plagued with frame rate issues.

Actually, no. Sonic Generations is the fastest that Sonic has been. Forces, however, is faster than Unleashed. Unleashed only has that ugly post-processing motion-blur effect that SMEARS an already blurry game into jelly and makes it very difficult to see what's in front of you. Sure, it makes you FEEL faster than Generations, which removed this effect, but it comes at the cost of visual fidelity, performance, and visilibity. Upon looking at Forces mods with Unleashed stages, Forces is actually boosting faster than Unleashed.

Out of all the 3D versions, i think my least favorite one's the port for the Ring engine. Nothing against that project. It's just that everything looks a little darker and too saturated to me

the graphics for the ring engine work fine, as they are like a combination of unleashed and generations, the main problem is it needs it's fixes. The thing has a bit of bugs like walljumping out of nowhere, homing attack barely working, drift cannot change direction and airboost out of homing attack.

generations sonic looked slower then the unleashed version, they really downgraded sonic in generations lol 0:04 0:59 I swear he doesn’t feel as fast in generations also the homing attack doesn’t even destroy the surrounding enemy’s like in unleashed 0:27 1:20 They removed his coolness you could really feel his speed and strength, just by bouncing on robots he’s caused everything near him to tip over as well
