I should say, some foods are cursed and so never eat without blessing your food first acknowledging that it is God who provides us our food and give thanks to God almighty. Also avoid foods that are too much processed and has many additives in it.

Thank you I try to eat a personal healthy diet of foods and spices no highly processed foods or added sugars . My diet includes wild caught fatty fish ,grass fed meats ,all the colours of the rainbow for fruits and vegetables love avocados , broccoli and cabbage never did like caffeine drinks. I never had menopausal symptoms . my Doctor has me on Vitamin D 3 my levels went from low teens to the sixties I follow his other suggestions for vitamin d too. You have covered much of what I do but I have learned a thing or two that I hadn’t considered. Yesterday I started breathing exercises to do twice a day but you didn’t mention holding you breath before exhaling with your tongue placed firmly on the roof of your mouth just behind your teeth as you breath out. Sorry for my disjointed comment I was writing as you were talking and have made an edit or two now that you have finished your post. 😂❤🎉❤😊

I had a lot of pain in my upper chest a few years after a total hysterectomy. I couldn’t even hug people. I was recommended to try evening primrose oil. It absolutely has helped. No pain at all Now.

Excellent, magnesium glycinate is one of the best and easily absorbed. Avoid the oxide, carbonate, hydroxide or sulfate. These are more toxic. 💚

DIM is short for diindolylmethane, a metabolite of indole-3-carbinol. DIM is a compound that can only be made from cruciferous vegetables. When broccoli, cauliflower, and other cruciferous vegetables are exposed to stomach acid after chewing, indole-3-carbinol is created, which is then converted into DIM. Studies shows DIM can successfully increase the ratio of “good” to “bad” estrogen. DIM supplementation specifically promotes beneficial estrogen metabolism and helps restore a healthy hormonal balance. Always check with your doctor first. Stay well. ❤

Melatonin also helps people get a good night's sleep and reduce stress. However some people can get Melatonin from food such as from tomatoes- it is released when tomatoes are heated. Such as lightly sautéing or roasting or making into a soup.

Extra virgin olive oil is perfectly fine and a good source of Vitamin E for balancing hormones. But not plain olive oil and other vegetable oils, as these are the main hormone disruptors for women and men alike. (Seed oils, very inflammatory).

I have been reading all the comments and smashing all the like buttons for everyone I am inspired by yours, Ms v and Diane D to add a bit that I learned after the death of my Narcissistic abuser over two years ago after being a doormat for forty some years I had lost myself am in recovery living the best days of my life now Choose a spouse wisely no matter the gender they or you are.. as spousal abuse destroys more than you can imagine . I decided to eat a healthy diet less than 8 months I was no longer obese and I often write of the shocked look on my doctor's face when he looked at my comprehensive blood test results. Linda what are you doing you do not have non alcoholic fatty liver disease and all your vitamin levels are good except for vitamin d yours is lower than low I follow his advice exercise, foods to eat, time in the sun and supplements only 1000 units once a day have brought that level up to the high sixties in the next year test results. As a side effect I have noticed my gut issues have improved immensely My immune system is improved my allergic reactions to all the foods my allergist said to not eat i have slowly reintroduced and can safely eat everything on my list. . I haven't had any colds or other common illnesses I have discovered intermittent fasting and now I practice many versions after starting with three meals a day and breaking my sugar addiction I have worked my way to a 48 hour fast once a week . I consider myself a hunter gatherer good days 3 meals one day a week One meal rarely now, two meals in a four hour eating window I gather food from farm stores and grocery stores when I hunt in my pantry and freezer I make decisions is this going to be good, poor or unlucky day of hunting. Jason Fung and other KZbin videos have held me. WW helped me loose weight and regain more weight when I fell off the wagon 180 to 139 in 1976 by 1985 239 any diet will work but eating real foods to satiety in combination with fasting will improve your body it's helped to keep my weight at at a good B M I for my height I still have fat reserves at 120 give or take a couple of pounds.my advice is to listen to your body and develop your own personal healthy diet may your lives be full of tears of joy and laughter 💕💞💕
