Hi, this is very helpful and very knowledgeable, I am going to throw hormones problems 5 years ago I am going to menopause and I have no idea first I saw blue and purple scar on my body I saw dermatology they did 3/4 biopsies on me to check if I have cancer, then finally one dermatologist told me you have very bad unbalanced hormones problem I wish I knew before so I better take care my self thank you so very much I hope all woman’s take good care of them self after this video 🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤❤💕

I diagnosed with pcos in 2020 when I was 19 years old and doctor put me on medicines and suggested me to cut off from all kinds of dairy products but after taking medicine for 10 months nothing worked out in my health and I also tried homoeopathy treatment and they gave me medicine with glass of milk and turmeric and some neem juice for about 3 months my acne and hair fall started reducing by time and now my periods are regular from past 8 months and I also did some important food habits changes I cut off white _ rice,sugar and white flour completely

Hi thank you so much for so many information mam....very unique presentation as well way of explaining which is really admirable...thank you for that again....but ya many females having different type of gastric problems..when they passes gas that noise sound makes them very embarrassing....in front of people around ...please get some solution in ayurvdeic or permanent medicine for stopping the noise of gas ....besides that food doesn't digest properly so by mouth all food comes out fr poor digestion and food pipe regarding get all solution ...some remedy to solve noise..age around 50...thank you.
