Hey there folks. I hope you are all well! I've put together a list today of some of my favourite anti-aging nutrients that can help you to appear younger. These were specifically chosen to improve the outer organs such as the skin, the hair follicles and the nail matrix. We focus on providing the raw materials the body needs to renew the cells, and also how to improve blood flow to these areas to deliver more oxygen and nutrients. I also cover digestive enzymes, as I believe this is one of the missing links for most older people - they simply can't absorb nutrients as they once did, and these help to counter that. I hope you enjoy the video, love to read your comments. All our love. Ryan & Hannah. 💚 P.S. Some of you have expressed concerns about using 500mg of niacin, as it can cause a large flushing effect. By all means start with a smaller dose and test your tolerance. Dosages should always be available on the back of supplement bottles and packaging, so always take note of that. Thank you for your comments. 💚

What is the best quality digestive enzyme supplement that you recommend?
@Ottee23 ай бұрын
Excellent video. With the exception of Krill oil, I am already taking these supplements. I'm a little worried about taking that much niacin, daily, but I guess I could gradually increase my intake until I start to notice the flushing effect. Also I had this bottle of castor oil sitting around , unused, because I found it messy to apply topically before bed. So, now, I've started taking about a Tbsp. of castor oil, orally, before bedtime. We'll see how that helps. 😊 Thanks so much, Ryan & Hannah. 💚

When my doc asks if u take multi vitamins I said I do since I been anemic a few times plus ran marathons and am a woman. Was taking Zinc nasty big pill during the Covid scare to help, he told me to avoid it. He tells me fine if I do/better if I don’t as most vitamins don’t do much unless needed by a blood test result. He says some can actually harm and instead hurt you like iron and a few others. So have a blood test and ask your doc if you even need a thing. I do still just take a multi vitamin hopefully as a back up for whatever I may be lacking but don’t need a thing. Eating well and exercising, getting sun on runs/walks is great for preventing osteoporosis. Get some sun! Enjoy the sun rays we’ll age no matter what.

You need all 5 types of collagen. Bovine and egg shell are the strongest, but you need 5 types, I, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to get full benefit, at the bare minimum, 3.. Ox bile should be taken at least an hour after eating and never with betaine hydrochloride because the betaine is an acid to digest food, bile is alkaline and made to break down fats. If you take them together, you defeat the purpose of each. Never take zinc and copper together, but at least 2 hours apart, because zinc can pull copper out of your body if taken together. Definitely avoid refined carbs and sugar.

Too much niacin is harmful, you are correct. But niacin taken in a multiple vitamin is okay, because it's portioned out to your daily needs.
