5 volt Power Supply Circuit

In this video, we will discuss a power supply circuit which is very useful to power the digital circuits and the Arduino boards. It converts (90-200)Volt AC to 5 Volt DC.
Components requirements:
1. Transformer x 1
2. Diode (1N 4007) x 4
3. Electrolyte Capacitor x 1
4. Ceramic Capacitor x 1
5. 5 Volt Regulator IC 7805 x 1
6. PCB
7. Miscellaneous

in place of transformer , if we use cycle dynamo which provides 15-20 volt AC. after that do we need to change in circuit ? or we will still get 5 volt DC
