Exercises to warm up your horse and practice your fundamentals.
You should be able to move your horse forward backwards. Left and right, move the front end and the back end.Independently.
That is what all of these exercises accomplish, and it's something that you're going to do on a continuing basis.
This is a good way to establish what you are going to need to work on. In each training session and determine how well you and your horse have gotten as a team. In order to can troll the horse's entire body.
Fundamentals are important and especially if your horse is hat a few weeks off, you should always go over them and try to get an a performance.
In this video I have not ridden miro in over a month, and his back was a little sore. So you can really tell what parts are not moving as well, and the things that I will have to go back and work on later.
This is a journey, this is a marathon and not a sprint, and you have to be comfortable with doing the same exercises over and over. And these are my go to exercises.
