Thanks for the tips! One super important thing in the winter is our Vitamin D levels (also Iron). Beacuse there is less sunlight, we tend to have lower vitamin D daily intake. Low levels of Vitamin D causes dry hair and hair loss. I lost so much hair and I didn't why because I was taking my iron supplements. Turns out iron is basically useless without Vitamin D TT___TT
