@@_blk_daria_ i personally don’t. I typically use it once per month and if I feel my hair has heavy product I’ll just shampoo twice in between.

I KZbin shampoos for low porosity hair. Curly Crys (I think that’s how you spell it is really good & informative for the natural girlies) especially with low porosity hair.

There’s more than one way to do anything. It’s worked for me as a guide to determine my hair’s porosity and my hair is flourishing. Thanks for your comment. Feel free to provide others with another alternative, if you may.

@@karislostyle the best way is to observe your hair for characteristics like how fast does your hair drys after washing it without products because products in hair can make hair feel like low porosity
