Oh, Jay, I am so happy to be your Patron Producer on a day when the topic is so meaningful to me!! I bought the book a few weeks ago on your recommendation and I'm watching your vlog a bit later in my day because I've been habit-stacking to be more productive in the morning BEFORE I get into my phone and the news and so-on. Your vlogs about this have changed how I think of myself and now I clearly identify myself as a Traveler - and Paris, I'll be back as soon as the gates open! Thanks, Jay! 💗

That's so great! The perfect overlap in the end =D I forgot to mention the ways I've stopped using my phone so much - I'm glad to hear you've managed that for yourself. I definitely want to be off it as much as possible. Happy Patron Producer Day!

Great inspirational video! Started to make some great healthy changes; yet, struggling to maintain these new changes when life decides to throw some positive or negative interruptions. Merci for another round of motivation. Your videos, photographs, lighting etc. are always fantastic; however, it seems exceptional during this video. Things appear to be so crisp...almost real life within your apartment as well as the beautiful morning footage. Buena Suerte!

Wonderfully inspirational! I just need to figure out how to make myself go to bed earlier, lol!! I fall asleep immediately when I get in bed..but, I just don’t want to get up from what I am doing, and make the trek to the bedroom, ( not that it is very far to trek!). Nonetheless...sunrises are a great motivation. I will look at it that way. Thank you for sharing these super pointers!

Loved the video. The book is great and am glad it is helping you as well. It seems like those habits are reflected in the positive attitude from the realization of accomplishments; no matter how little they may be. There is that saying “start the day by making your bed, and you will have started with accomplishing your goals”. I love that attitude. Ray Dalio’s book Principles is great too, when you start building up the team. Also with what you are doing Asana is an under rated tool. Would love to see you talk about that. Oh, and thank you for a great video and that sunrise. Hopefully the book of pictures is coming soon. #HIGHONPARIS

Coucou Jay, ça va? Oh my god, this is a super amazing video! Very inspiring and absolutely beneficial! You are following a similar philosophy that I follow, I hear many similarities to what I do in my daily life. Yes BALANCE is the main word in all this! Yes, doing all that you are doing right now will make you feel so much better, in all levels of your being (spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental) Oui, you definitely need time for yourself, it's humanly important. On kiffe tes vidéos, but if you churn them out non stop without getting rest, yes, it will eventually wear you out and you will be off balance, which is not good. You definitely need to rest your mind, as a result you will feel better and your mind will be clearer. La clarté d'esprit est essentiel. Exercising and eating healthier is extremely BENEFICIAL, your body will thank you later on. Treat your body as your TEMPLE, worship it and you will see how spiritually great you will feel. Continuing this new philosophy, you are and wil be on the right path of reaching peace, happiness, and self-improvement. I am very proud of you, bravo! Prends bon soin de toi, et bonne journée, salut et namaste :)

@@JaySwanson Merci beaucoup Jay. I'm getting rest everyday. The things that are missing in my life now is a job and travelling, I so miss travelling! I'm always staying positive-minded and keeping balanced everyday (il le faut). What counts the most for me now is my health, my sanity, and the peace in my soul. Wishing you luck on your new journey towards happiness. Will power is the key (vouloir c'est pouvoir) Great things will come your way :)

It’s better when you edit some Paris footage in the middle of when you speak, not only does it make it more interesting, but it makes me pay attention of what you are you saying (less mental drifting)....funny how understandably the drilling from your next door neighbours is very enjoying, but you don’t seem to see that slamming sneakers in the hallway, banging doors,.....remember your neighbours can also hear YOU, slamming, stuff etc. OOpps...!!
