Thanks for all these helpful tips. I never knew about cooking eggs in avocado oil vs. butter. Obviously a lot healthier. Like you, I like a bit of spice and heat to my food. Pura Vida!

Great video. I do hard boiled eggs in my Ninja pressure pot and I only leave them in for two minutes then rapidly release the pressure and I get perfectly done hard boiled eggs.
