I personally get really stressed when i have a lot of tasks or things that need to be done. I know it helps me to write it all down.. somehow that releases my mind from trying to remember everything. From there i can reorganize the list in order of importance or time restraints. Classical music is also something that reeeally de-stresses me I usually will listen to it when i am feeling really anxious about a test or big project coming up and it helps me remember to breathe. I love going home to see my family and hang out with my dogs, doing a facemask, procrasti-cleaning, getting a coffee or baking to help de-stress! Love your tips, made me really think about what I naturally drift to when I am stressed ☺️ also a big hell yes to pen shopping 😎

Bullet journalling and gratitude diaries are great too xx i have a book where you write three things a day which youre greatful for.....from someones kindness to a starbuck, theres always positive things in a day-its just realising it x

One of my favorite things to do is to go to the store and buy myself a "treat." This past week, I bought myself a new candle at Bath and Body Works. I even like lighting them during this time of year because it makes my desk extra cozy when I'm doing homework

I know I’m coming in late, but one of my favorite ways to fix my mood is a Pinterest board I created called feel better about things. It’s filled with pins that make me laugh or think, hey, at least it’s not that bad. After even just 10 minutes of looking through it, I’m already laughing and feeling better. And it works to help all sorts of negative moods, or boost positive ones.

I really needed this right now, thank you ❤ I've been trying to improve so many things lately - my appearance and character, my relationships with family, friends, boyfriend, my art "business" and sometimes it just gets overwhelming, especially when school and CPE courses are involved. So thank you for this video, perfect timing indeed! ❤ My favourite way to destress is to get up early in the morning, make myself some coffee and then read a book (right now I'm reading Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert and it's amazing! I'm really into self-improvement books, especially those connected with creativity and art!) 😊

I like to write in my journal to the Spotify playlist "Piano in Background". My night routine consists of lighting candles, dimming lights, drinking a BIG glass of water, making sure I am full, and journaling to this very relaxing background music. AND none of it costs any money so you're not dealing with stress by spending.

Get some good colored pencils and a favorite adult coloring book and start coloring. Its very therapeutic and fun, i love being creative

Your videos are very destressing! What I do when overwhelmed is to grab a coffee as well, listen to some calm music, read a chapter from a book, take a bath, eat something unhealthy (say yes to chocolate) or spend time with my chinchilla (he's just a big fluffy ball of grumpiness and bites and I love it!).

So, one of my favorite ways to de-stress is to get into my bed and have a nap. Hhahaha and then watching a movie or a chapter of a serie or youtube videos. I really like doing those things specially when I don't have much time and I'm very tired. And when I have a little more time and I'm no thaaaat tired, I like working out or doing yoga.

I personally love getting out in nature, especially spending time at the beach! Putting my feet in the sand, hearing the waves rolling in, watching the clouds drift past, the birds, the blue ocean swirling. Calms me so much! That’s my de-stressor :)

I LOVE this video... and you! I keep my Bible studies very close to me all day long. If I have a bad call, email or experience at work, I throw myself in my study... even if it is just 5 minutes. It helps me so much! I also enjoy a really good hug/snuggle. I will force love on my cat haha. But his warm, fuzzy body instantly calms me down. I am a grown woman but will still snuggle up with my mom, who gives me instant comfort, too. I have some really great friends who are great huggers... that helps too! ;-)
