Thank you for those Final Words. 10:20 it's good to hear them when the chips are down.

Yes sir... I definitely need more "dynamic warm-up" prior to my runs. Thank you coach for the reminder.

Great video. I've been incorporating the dynamic warm-up and the short core/strength training routine post run and I do feel considerably better. Solid advice and much appreciated

6:38 11 minute a mile is a good pace depending on your heartrate and age. Especially on a long run

Thx for sharing your experience. Have you ever tried LungPlus to warm up the cold air you breath through your mouth when running?

No. Unless it's -10F, you likely don't need anything like that.

Great video. I will forward it onto my friend. Also, what brand are those gloves? Thanks. Ken

I was just going to ask about the gloves! In addition to all your wonderful tips, I find if my hands are warm on a cold day, I’m much more motivated to continue!

Hi, just discovered your challenge. I've put a fell running comedy up on KZbin if you would care to check it out. (I know you must be busy). Might give you a laugh or two. Best wishes from Lancaster, England.
