Changing the time to the current time worked for me!! We had a power outage that shut off the wifi and TV. Power came back, turned on the TV and saw the error message. Tried restarting, unplugging TV but nothing. Searched for this error code on KZbin. Followed the recommendation of changing the time to today’s time and it worked. Wifi started working and I was able to watch Sling TV.

For most people, none of the above are going to work. That error codes indicates that the smartTV (LG, Samsung, etc.) is trying to push crap ads at you, but your network/ISP is resisting some of them (usually properly!) for whatever reason: it's seeing outdated/invalid security certificates, the ads are coming from suspicious web addresses, or you're using an ISP or doman name service that automatically blocks dangerous/intrusive ads/domaings, or you (smartly) have not yet agreed to the TVs built-in, obtrusive privacy "policy' (always a joke) and/or all their tracking, telemetry/spying, and instrusive advertising.... or a dozen other legitimate reasons, Even with my DNS set to public Google DNS, I still get the same error occasionally, indicating that even evil Google finds some of the ads being pushed to my smartTVs less than trustworthy or less than safe. Bottom line: live with it or try another ISP or DNS service if the 5 "fixes" (ha) listed in the video don't work.

Switch it off from automatic. Mine had the time set to “set automatically” but I unchecked that option and then manually updated the time and date. TV started working soon as updated the time and date.
