Very thoughtful way of looking at arranging. I think I have done all of these. Now I seem to use 4 and 5 most often, and often end up with arrangements I like, but are too hard for me to play (at first). I eventually can play most of them, as well as some of yours that were initially too difficult, such as Moonlight and Pirates. It's a good way to challenge myself, and a good driver of improvement. A couple of songs I really liked, I had to arrange as duets to be playable without missing too much of the music.
