There are alot of sims 3 simmers on KZbin. Like TheSirenSims for example, and Simbian, and ohcrapitstbgp. All 3 have different styles and aesthetics. You should definitely try them out. I like having variety.❤

not sure what type of gameplay you’re looking for, but NotMalcolm has two different sims 3 legacy families that he makes videos about! his style is definitely more comedic which is what I like, I would check him out if you want funny/entertaining sims 3 content!

i love this! really nice recommendations 😍 I agree with the lighting mods & default skin/eyes a lot - I currently use perfect day & then different lighting mods depending on the town I'm playing. my default skin is satellite by simarex & my default for eyes is tamo's ultra plain eyes

Thanks, I've been tentative about using default cc, but am going to dip my toes in the pool insofar as that. My townies have been absolutely horrendous looking. I really should start using NRAAS Dresser's marking system to ixnay unwanted clothing, but the process just confuses me.

sorry for my late reply! the only thing I can think of is if you accidentally have two different versions in your mods at once. deleting cache files might also help!

yes! default replacements replace the so-called 'vanilla' (or base game) eyes/skins textures and will appear on every sim! thats why you can only have one type of default replacement per eyes/skin/hairstyle etc bc otherwise they will conflict and possibly cause visual and other issues in game. 😊

Great video, I still play sims 3. Does anybody know some clothes replacrments? Fishnet stockings look awful😢 all the replacemets I've downloaded just don't show on the game.

I'm not sure where to find clothes defaults, but if cc is not showing up it may be bc you don't have the mods folder downloaded through here: modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Installing_Sims_3_Package_Files/Setup_and_Files
