Thank you for so much for making this video specially for married couples like us. My husband is still in Africa waiting for his visa interview date. I like the video because it helped address what to do since we haven’t yet lived together under the same roof until he make it to 🇺🇸. After reading one person messages below of her using sign language, I use it also I sign but I speak as well. My husband is always signing ILY 🤟🏽 to me. It is very said married people have to go though such foolishness to prove our love to another individual. I find life to be ridiculous and it breaks my heart because it is keeping many couples apart.

My husband and I use sign language on video chat because I am deaf, he has been learning American Sign Language for me even his family has and we communicate in Moroccan Siign Language. Does it count? Not many people at US embassy in Morocco know signs. We have been talking a lot on WhatsApp even when I returned to USA.

You had to repetition? You probably are going to have to petition as your family. (Spouse). In a good case it takes arpund 6 months for the I-130. It can take 2 years or more that route and with USCIS needing bailout money...there is a good chance it will be years because staff may be cut. If you really want ti be together...it may be better in your country. Best of luck ti you.

When NVC will call you or your spouse for an interview then you will have to bring those evidences along with your passport and id.
