LOVE THIS VIDEO my favorite is the squishy one with the silhouette girls!!!!!! This stuff is so cool and the splatter stamp set backgrounds...love it. These backgrounds would be perfect with that THANK YOU stamp you used a while back where you had a camouflage background, And I did get that stamp by the way and have used it A LOT!! There is a name for that squish technique you used on the second card. It starts with a D. Can't for the life of me spell it or even pronounce it, but mixed media artists use it all the time with acrylic paint. You need a thick paint for it to work. It's nice to know that that it can work with gouache. Thank you for sharing Mary and I do so love your videos!!!

Mary, I also use guache for blending. Use a drop of glycerin and mix with color before blending. It makes blending so much easier.

ohhhh, it looks like so much fun to play with. I just this morning ordered from Arteza, I ordered their colored pencils. I searched high and low for my prisma color pencils and all I could find were about 10 or 12 of them and that is definitely NOT enough. So I ordered the 72 count pack of professional ones. I can't wait till they come in! Not that I am that great at coloring, but at least I can carry them to the school library with an image or two to play with. I am in love with arteza! TFS oxox

I bought another brand of gouache in November. You have reminded me that I really need to open the box. I bought it with a bunch of acrylic paints that get used regularly. It was $3.48 for 12 tubes, and I couldn't help adding it to the order. Now, I need to try it out!

Fabulous information! I wonder how we could tint a white gouache for similar results? I have 2 huge jars of Vicki B. White gouache from...Tuesday Morning, ha! Of course now I want these!!! This is a great product I do have to say! Very versatile and if you have a ton of white gouache, try rubbing a marker on a craft mat and then add the qouache; see if that works. Thanks so much June! :)
