Subscribing before even watching because Macks Mooses came to my door complaining they were homeless, so I let them in and they drank all my coffee and started playing with my cobwebs and there was dust flying everwhere and I told them stop so I told Mack (from Midwest Magic Cleaning channell and he said the only way to get them to lezve was to subscribe to your channel. I did that and they left just now, heads hanging in the crestfallen defeat of rejecction, which was a little heartbreaking if I'm honest but you gotta draw the line somewhere and they'll be ok coz I gave them my tent and a wool blanket I don't use coz I'm allergic to wool and a box of tissues as they were sniffling. Like noses were running, noses were wet and they trailed up the yard leaving puddles. 'Kay will watch lol...DIY cool!

Plumbing and hardware rarely have instructions sent in the package anymore (discovered this when my husband and I built our house last year), but if you look at the website you purchase from there’s nearly always a downloadable install guide!

we have an old house and the old water shut-off valves are trash! You use them once or twice and then it’ll never turn off again. It’ll save you a future headache if you get the whole house shut-off replaced, especially if like you said it didn’t full turn the water off

Andrea I love how you remodeled your bathroom. The Wallpaper is gorgeous. The paint complimented it perfectly. So sad about the sink fixture because those handles are really vintage style and so cute. When I lived in a 1920's home, the basement sink had those kinds of handles. You work so hard to get things perfect. Your Shower and brick look are gorgeous. Love that bathroom so much. ❤🎉 Kudos for going at the plumbing. I'd never be good at that. I learned how to replace a single handle faucet cartridge by Moen, and replace a bathtub plug fixture, but that's as far as I go. Tried to replace a part in the toilet tank and it was a no go. Had to call a plumber. ❤

Tip for installing blocking inside walls. Use 2x6s or 2x10s instead of 2x4s. Gives you a little more wiggle room. Too late now I know lol but could help in the future.

The most frustrating part is the repeated trips to the big blue store. I only say that because one time I was at the big orange store so often that the employees recognized my dog and called her by name. So every time you have to go back, I feel your pain. I guess the only upside is the trip to Chipotle, right Dean? lol Andrea that bathroom is da'bomb girl! Love the moody vibe, love the drapery, love the tile color, love the wallpaper - let's face you've got a real eye for design, color, woodworking, and now plumbing. White oak is such a beautiful wood…maybe go for a darker wood like walnut instead of Rubio-ing white oak? Rubio is such a great hard wax oil, not a stain.
