Spinach is one of the foods highest in oxalates. Even though it's a very healthy food, your doctor may tell you to avoid it if you're at high risk of kidney stones. It also binds to calcium as it leaves the body. However, broccoli is on the other end of the spectrum eith just 2 milligrams per cup.

I FEEL you brother:👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👊🏻 I’m 57 and I started at 16,NEVER missed eggs in my breakfast from day 1, soo many nutritional properties, among which I’d choose for the game :1) are composed of the best structured combination of elements in Nature - we don’t have to forget a single egg contains and leads to (a new) Life in the whole sense of it,- so the placental elements are all in there and, moreover, it put the SIGNAL to our systems- together with MTOR- to synthesize the rest of protein in the day,no matter if they come from different sources( which is the way to ingest to vary and make stable the flow and the compensation among aminos) 2) The yolk is a real treasure for our hormones, brain functions and the remodeling of so many form of cellular membranes in our body. 3) The bioavailability and N.P.U.( Net Protein Utilization)/PDCAAS is so tuned for the nitrogen balance so to make them a king food(!) Sorry for the lengthiness, but I’m still passionate, hard-worker and healthy life lover like from day 1(!) KEEP ON SPREADING THE RIGHT STUFF!🌟

If spinach and broccoli don't hurt him, that's fine, but for many like me, broccoli and spinach are garbage, my health was very bad until I removed those foods. So the food may have iron, protein and other properties but there is evidence that it does not work equally for everyone, it is bs for others even if it is not for him. And because of listening to dietary recommendations like this in the past, I almost died from health problems until I removed those foods.

Eggs are nature's perfect food. By the way, the body makes more of its own cholesterol than you'll get from having a normal amount eggs daily. Cholesterol is made mainly by your liver processing sugars and fats (and some cholesterol). So eating a bowl of sugary breakfast cereal will have way more impact on levels than eating actual cholesterol.

The LDL and HDL world has been flipped on its head in recent years. Though, as with with anything moderation is key.
