Chanterelles are my favorite! They smell so good in the woods and are delicious simply cooked in butter until they are browned and tossed with a bit of pasta.

Excellent video Dustin 👍🏼. My favorite mushrooms are Chicken of the woods & puff-ball 😋, especially hollowed out & stuffed with meat and cheese 😋😋😋😋😋

Thank you Dustin... So glad you're bringing us informative content. I've always wanted to forage for mushrooms, but don't trust myself enough, even if I have an informative book with me. Thank you to your friend too.

Wild or not... not a fan. The oak bracket mushroom is good deep fried... but that's it... oh those tiny needle like black mushrooms used in Asian cuisine are tolerable. I wont pick those out
