Great clip. Just a tip, you would find turning the scotch eyed auger a lot easier, having your hands more apart and at the ends of the wooden handle (more "fulcrum" leverage with less energy) ... very helpful informative video. cheers. all the best from NZ 🌿

The thatched roofs are mandatory in Northern Germany- it’s a cultural thing. They tend to be crazy expensive, so how come you get that for free or next to free? I do realize the workload is big and material costs are the smallest part, but it’s still strange to think of it as a “free roofing”. I co parent my daughter’s chihuahua and he’s 9. Awesome guy. I miss the video of the finished mud and straw shelter roof. Did something go wrong? 😢

I’ve had a dog in my home for the last 48 years: several setters (Irish or English), a lab mix, a golden retriever/collie, and now a Pyrenees Mountain Dog. They are a gift from the Creator to remind us of how we are to live.

Where I grew up, to remove the skin, they were hanging the animal upside down, and blowing air between the flesh and the skin from a hole at the back of the ankle. After than it was easy to skin the animal.

Here in the Netherlands people give away flooring for free or nearly free all the time if you come and uninstall it. Entire kitchens too. And tiles. I'd get some of those things from "Marktplaats," our online classifieds.
