When I saw the workout -- and the 90 seconds of rest -- I thought, "there is just no way." But it amazes me what is possible when we row it together. Thank you very much, Jamie

AlfW. Love your sessions, but I would love it even more if I could see the numbers on your monitor during the workout.

Do you do weights and erg during the same day or is it better to separate them across different days?

Good question.

Depending on you training level. For a beginners or advances would be a good training making both. Elite athlets must make them in different sections. But it' s not so important. U need to be focussed on week volume.

Got all the way up to 5 and then I just could not follow anymore. Maybe you should not have mentioned anything in the last break along the lines of "you can do a warm down while we keep going etc" which probably stuck much better than anything else. :-) Oh well, like you said, I will try again next week and persevere. This being tough is not a lie.
