I want to make the strawberry mojito but I want to make a big batch of it for this sunday. (Super bowl sunday) and was wondering how you would make a big batch of this.
@StevetheBartender_4 жыл бұрын
You could do it two ways... 1) batch everything (except soda) into a large vessel, store in the fridge, add ice and soda (as guests arrive). Super easy but it will dilute and lose effervescence if it’s not drunk relatively quickly. The key would be to prechill to avoid extra dilution when adding the ice. 2) batch everything (except soda) into bottles. Measure into glass, add ice, soda and garnish. This would be my preferred method and is still very quick but does require someone to make the drinks. It really depends on how many people you are catering for...
@kevinalpizar23354 жыл бұрын
@@StevetheBartender_ honestly it's probably going to be around 10 people but I'll forsure make it the first method you gave me becuase I would be the one to make the drinks if I did it the second method BUT I still want to watch the game aha thanks steve!
