Great Video, Tetsu 😎👌! Two weeks ago I have started my own experiment with freezing freshly roasted coffee beans. Normally I buy such amount of fresh beans that my wife and I can use in one month. After my last order my wife decided to switch back to an instant coffee so I ended up with some spare Indonesia Sumatra Lintong Gr.1 TP, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kochere Grade 2, Kenya AA Tekangu Karogoto and Brazil Fazenda Pedra Grande pulped natural Yellow Bourbon 250 g packs. I've taped the seals and have put them in a freezer (-33 deg C). For the moment, it's been two weeks since then. When I want to make a coffee I just take out one of the bags, take the amount needed to make a pour over, espresso or aeropress. Push out all the air and put the bag back into the freezer. I haven't noticed that grinding frozen coffee is harder than one in a room temperature. I use 1zpresso Q2 and electric grinder Graef CM 702. No issues at all when I grind frozen coffee. The coffee is still delicious and I'm curios how long it will taste fresh. By the way, I discovered a world of coffee thanks to you, Tetsu. It was in 2018 when I also discovered your 4:6 Method. I've been using this method only as my favorite with Hario V60 02. Sometimes I want to have more acidity from a certain coffee, sometimes more sweetness and sometimes I want them balanced. Your 4:6 is just perfect for me. And not a long time ago I have discovered your KZbin Channel. Keep up the great work, Tetsu! Cheers from Poland. Bart
