​@@parkersmith8711If you do easy events, it's not hard to get enough Treasury Notes to redeem for gold to hit the cap every day. Also, when Meat Week comes around, I'd highly recommend grinding it for Treasury Notes since there's no combat involved and the event only takes a couple minutes; it comes around on the hour every hour for a week or two. If you don't want to grind events, Smiley at The Wayward sells up to 300 gold bullion every week after you finish the Wastelanders quest and break into Vault 79. And Minerva sells the Secret Service armor for 25% off the Vault 79 price, so you can save some gold there too. The real grind is getting a good build on the armor once you have it; I spent 7,000 scrip getting the perk combinations I wanted on the Secret Service armor, and I've currently spent another 8,000-ish scrip on the Hellcat Power Armor. Getting the right perk combinations can take ages.

I was only in my teens, literally just a few hours into my playthrough, and had no business leaving a goodies bag for the lvl 1 about to roll on out of the vault. Other players in the triple digits showed up and left ME goodies and were even pointing at the bag I left like "go on, take it" lol

Actually happened to me last night. Im level 30, been playing about a week, minding my business looking for food. Another player about 150 levels higher than me waves and drops me some stimpacks. I message him and say thanks. He then drops a power armour frame with a full excavator set and 10 coils. What a guy!

Yeah, it's hilarious seeing some of the early advertisement and then realizing that it's not an accurate depiction of the community. I started in 2019, and was initiatly terrified of any player approaching me. Then I realized that murderhobo assholes are like...less than 10% of the population, and most people are actually pretty chill.

So I have played this game from the very beginning and have been both the person teaching new things and helping out and the one learning crazy tricks. This video though absolutely made me smile. Especially the climax of it all. The community has almost always just made me smile and laugh and it just feels nice. So if you ever find yourself at the end of the world in Appalachia at a little tavern at the bottom of the hill near the whitespring. Swing on by! Fallout 76 managed to cultivate a shockingly kind player base. There is a special kind of joy in both giving and receiving random loot, from being the worried noob watching a power armored giant stomp towards me only to drop a fully kitted and customized weapon at my feet to being that giant in fully maxed out liberty prime style armor dropping enough food, grenades, meds and ammo to make sure they could feed a server. Or blow it up. In an ironic way, barring some obvious exceptions, the experiment vault 76 had has kind of been realized through the community. At least in my experience now, years after release, what will people do in the scenario of the game? They'll help each other out.

The community in this game is fantastic. I remember struggling in events at level 25 and lvl 200 players would just give me stims, chems, legendary weapons and gear.

Games where this is possible will last forever. One of the reasons I played D2 for over a decade because after a farming run you can drop in a normal A1 and give new players some nice beginner weapons to make their journey more enjoyable or even end up helping them.

Yeah, once you find out about the railway "dump trunks" it is a nice place to both pick up what you need and drop off some excess ammo and the like for the next person who needs it. One of the best measures of a community in those little suitcases of just "sharing the wealth" of the Waste

The nice thing is Fallout 76 has greatly improved. I hated how it started and gave up in the franchise. Then a few months ago I needed a game to play so I tried it. I recently got my platinum and I have been enjoying it immensely. There is So much to do and there are a lot of nice players and THAT is a big difference from a lot of MMOs. I love this little series you've done for 76. It's far from a perfect game but, by gods, it is just fun to play. Jump-in. Play anything and everything at your own pace. Help out new players. Build CAMPs. Play with crazy weapons. Share and trade those weapons. Awesome stuff for free on every Season Pass Scoreboard. Nice bonuses for 1st members. I know it's a bit of a bummer the first chunk of Atlantic City is going to be like The Pitt but they have already said they are adding more in the next update for Atlantic City with quests and extra rewards, which is great. And, again, it's all free content updates and meta changes and QoL changes. Just gotta own the game. Get pretty much everything else for free. I hope more people give 76 a try, whether again or for the first time, because I feel a lot of them would enjoy it. I know I had to give it a few tries in the beginning before I saw how good the game actually was; and this was before Wastelanders dropped. It's only gotten better.

good old Whitesprings Suitcase, has been a helper for years for me, I give back often, so people check it out when ever you pass, you never know what you can find and you can always trade it for caps if you need them. (I drop items there on PC, but others I know do the same for PS and Xbox)

My favorite part of 76 was the black powder guns. It was just so satisfying melting enemies that should have been too much for me. Load too slow? Fill your hotkeys with pistols. If it ain't dead in six shots, well then it's in melee range! The gripe though is how quickly they break... Especially when I'm using the bayonet.

Best community of any game ever. When I first started I was getting griefed by a high level player who camped out the starting point killing noobs. After about 6 deaths I respawned and found 3 other high levels just murdering the guy when I exited the vault. They then dropped me a bunch of stims, ammo, and a gun and left. One point that "Fallout 5" would definitely have to fulfill is that you can optionally move through the world together with several people, e.g. 7 or 9 (4 players per squad is outdated and comes from the Nintendo 64 era and is no longer up to date) and experience adventures . It should be so . As an example in Ghost Reacon Breakpoint you can ALONE, the player with optionally up to 3 BOTS, or players with optionally 3 other players together to form a squad, if we take this mechanic we could say you want to be on the go with 5 YOU a MATCH and 3 BOTS, or 8 you and 7 bots as well as similar options to strengthen the team and their performance (anyone who has played Desert Storm or Conflict Vietnam games knows what I mean). That's how it should be. A purely single-player game where you don't even have the opportunity to travel with others (other players) would be completely out of date. : 🙄

I give almost every single player under level 50 a gift of 40 stims and radaway when I meet them. If it’s at my camp I will hook them up with underarmor and outfits , possibly armour and weapon if needed. The love I received from random players when I started playing 3 years ago has ABSOLUTELY affected my gameplay style. I came from DayZ which is toxic as f, and the FO76 community is still the greatest I’ve ever seen in over 3 decades of gaming. FO76 forever! F the haters

After its disaster of a launch and problems after, i was cautious of it but seen many who have positive reviews of it now which is great. My issue is that so many games launched like this with the *"fix later"* mentality has only increased and become industry standard which is unacceptable. I'm glad this game is now what it should of been on launch but come on folks, nearly three years for it to get there. I spent hundreds of hours on Fallout3, which was a fantastic experience but something needs doing about the normalising of the release a game a mess and fix it post launch. However, I'm considering jumping in on this game now it's much better.

Ah the good ol' Whitespring Blue Luggage. Where you'll find hundreds of duped magazines, tons of legendaries from someone hitting the bosses too hard, or zilch. Good times 76!

As a lvl 500 myself i every here and there look for low levels to full kit up with guns, armor, or power armor it fun to give a lvl 15 raider power armor with a jetpack
