Notes: 1. Use what camera you have, it doesnt matter the quality. Just do it. Laptop, desktop, ect. Tell a story. 2. Add a person to your video. Make yourself an expert. 3. Repourpose your short form content youve already made feom other platforms. 4. Answer peoples questions from another platform or uze zoom trainings to answer hot topics. Partner with other creators 5. Teach something you KNOW. Tutorials work wonders. Do what you do, something visual, that people want to know. Look up what search terms come up when you search for the topic. Use POWER words in your title that make people feel something. 😂😂 im proud of you. Youre doing great

I don’t mean this to sound forward, but let’s face it, if you’re attractive, that’s just going to help! Reality is, if you are very unattractive, or quite plain, it’s just not as likely someone is going to watch it. But when you have a nice smile and pretty eyes, and seem to be fit, the average man or woman is just going to feel happier seeing someone like that. It sends a positive vibe or a model to emulate. It’s why, as hRd as it might be, it’s hard to sell clothes on models who don’t have that factor! We want to feel good about ourselves and being around people who look like that live that life is contagious- it means someone is more likely to give you the time of day at the start. Of course, if a person’s content just stinks then they will go away but to even get someone to click, an attractive look helps- esp if in a thumbnail. It’s why one doesn’t show ugly thumbnails generally. Would you agree?

Good looks can help for people who operate mostly in ego, however, your energy is really what's most important and will attract who you're meant to attract. So trust in the energy you bring to the table. Let your inner light shine bright and I guarantee you will attract more of the right people who are more likely to stick with you long term than "fake" beauties do.

Love how transparent you are about this and how challenging it can be. From the outside it often seems that the "big people" out there creating video (yes, I'm including you!) have hours each day to do so. Love how you openly talk about that it's challenging to you, too, and that for you, too, plans change ... Makes it so much more real! And do have one question. Not sure if you will talk about that later. I find video creation challenging as it is ... trying to get into it. What makes it even harder for me is that if I create video for youtube, it has to be horizontal and I use my camera for that. If it's for reels/insta, I use my phone and it has to be vertical. Is there ANY easy way how I can "repurpose" video material from one for the other? I saw that you post snippets from these videos here on your stories on insta. I somehow can't figure out how to take my horizontal video material and make it look good on insta. Any suggestions? Or will you address that later anyway? That would help SO much with content creation!
@ThisIsVirginiaKerr4 ай бұрын
Yay! Thank you for this feedback. It's very helpful. I can certainly show that when I get to the editing portion of this challenge. But until then the key is to frame yourself wide enough so you can crop it. A very easy way to crop is uploading the horizontal clip you want for a reel to capcut and then select "transform" "resize" and 9:16.😊
@srfirehorseart4 ай бұрын
Good question. I see from Virginia's answer that I need to get Capcut to start editing effectively, especially as I'll be using my phone to start with. 😄

Gary V says we no longer have “social” media but “interest” media. So niching down to one topic and one topic only, could that be a detriment to a person’s channel? If I sell cars, love to cook and comedy, could I post different one and then place them in playlists for the audience? (I am a little over 40 🤔😉🤣🤣🤣)
@GoingGreenMom4 ай бұрын
@@MarkEaster um, you can do what you want with your channel? Lol. I watch some channels that cover multiple topics and others that stay on one with fringes of others. That said, if they have multiple topics and I don't like all of them I typically wind up unsubscribing and count on the YT magic to recommend the ones I like occasionally. But I am a bit odd in that I wound up cutting back subscriptions from about 3000 to 35 since spring of 2021. I watch everything from pretty much all of my subscribed to channels. I skip the 50 minute long videos from the French channels because I just don't have the attention span to focus on a foreign language and have a prayer of understanding for that long. But all that I guess to say I'm not sure you meant to post on my comment. 😂
