It's just a straight, not straight flush. In Omaha you have to and only can use two of your four cards and only three from the board.

I always find it hilarious players look at Ivey like they’re going to pick something up. He’s playing chess while they’re playing checkers. He famously told DNegs at a final table how he manipulates other players with his mannerisms.

I havent watched much of this form of poker, but it seems like its both easier and harder to play. Easier to make hands, but harder to place your opponent on anything specific. Really adds a different type of dynamic to reading your opponent.
