I’m always so excited for these videos!!! So much new stuff to learn! A bit of info on fact 16 (Portugal’s capital) Rio de Janeiro was just one of the 5 capitals Portugal had in 900 years. It was just for 7 years when the monarchy ran away to Brasil due to the napoleonic invasions. Another capital Portugal had that was also “kind of” outside Europe (geographically) was Angra do Heroísmo in the Azores Islands! :) And one last fact, Lisbon is currently the capital of Portugal but this is actually the second time! Knowledge 🐳 off!

Fun fact for ya Matt; as a history major I love Rome and military history and as such like Hannibal. What’s interesting here is that it’s unlikely Hannibal was ever a decent commander because marching an African army through a mountain would be insane as they’d probably freeze in large numbers. It’s more likely that Scipo’s family just played it up to make him look better. Gotta love history.

When I was in high school there was a girl who every teacher put on a pedestal ..... she could do no wrong and get lower then an 'A' ..... some classes were better then others but all were hard to deal with! Coincidentally, just today I've watched a sort of documentary about Terry Davis, the creator of Temple O.S. He spent more than a decade building the operational system from the ground up, after he was imprisoned. He was caught by the police for a certain crime, then jumped from the police transport to the road with the car still moving and broke his collarbone. He was taken to the hospital, but then escaped from it with his collarbone still broken and while naked, until he encountered the police again. He was also a schizophrenic racist, who claimed he hated "CIA n***as" because they purposely put little boys in front of him in order to turn him into a pedophile. And he also claimed they (CIA agents) glowed in the dark and that when he sees one, he tries to run him over, as he claimed he's done in the past. So yeah, definitely not the sort of person you'd imagine compiling an O.S. that supposedly lets you talk to god.
